poor communication

I was highly disappointed by the chaotic check-in process, taking over an hour, and absolutely no one acknowledged my previous messages. Despite all this hassle, I thought I'd at least get a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but no. Feels like they barely care about their guests, honestly. I just couldn’t give them a good review after this fiasco.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The Junior Suite was incredibly clean, and the view was just stunning. Breakfast was a delightful surprise with fresh bakery items and a great selection. Plus, the online check-in was smooth and convenient, which made my arrival effortless.

Man, I tell ya, this place was a gem! Clean room with a comfy bed and a lovely view. The breakfast? Best I’ve had at a hotel, no doubts. I had a good chat with the staff through WhatsApp too—they were real helpful. Just wished I coulda stashed my bags before check-in, though.

We loved the excellent location, just a short walk to the metro station and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable atmosphere for our family. The dining options were great, and we enjoyed a variety of breakfast items delivered right to our room each morning.

The check-in procedure was a bit confusing, requiring email access which may not be convenient for all travelers.

I enjoyed my stay here. The air-conditioned room was clean and had a nice view. I found the location convenient, with easy access to attractions.
